Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Product weight

• Destination

• Carrier rates (UPS)

We currently ship via UPS to ensure reliable delivery and handling.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and shipment of in-stock items.

• Orders containing out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as products become available and have completed chemical testing and quality assurance.

• Free Shipping is available for purchases valued at $20 or more after discounts.

• Priority shipping for purchases valued at $20 or more can be purchased for an additional $5 at checkout.

We prioritize product safety and reef-readiness over speed to ensure all plugs meet our standards before entering your system.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• A clear photo of the damaged product

• Your order details

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

• Arrange a replacement order, or

• Issue a refund or store credit when appropriate. Refunds may take up to 30 days after the reception of the returned item.

If a replacement shipment is required, we will provide instructions regarding shipping arrangements as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Only unopened products may be returned within 45 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of our products and their intended use in live marine environments, opened items cannot be restocked or resold. This policy helps ensure the biological safety and integrity of all products we distribute.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Return shipping labels for most orders typically cost approximately $5.

• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We only ship products that meet our internal standards for curing, soaking, and chemical stability.
